If you are interested in the DECODE INSOMNIA course, but unable to pay full price, we offer scholarships based on need.

To be considered for a scholarship, please complete the application below.

Note: Scholarship applications will only be accepted from youth (ages 13-26) ready and motivated to participate in the DECODE ONLINE program. Applications from parents cannot be accepted.

Applications will be reviewed on the 1st and 15th of every month. If you receive a scholarship, you will be notified by email with a coupon code to redeem the course at a discounted price.
