The DECODE Sleep Program is a non-medication treatment program based on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia [CBT-I], the first line recommended treatment for chronic insomnia.

- Desktop/laptop and mobile access for convenient, on-the-go learning as well as the ability to revisit content at anytime.

- Audio guidance to navigate tricky moments
PLEASE NOTE: This program is currently only available to individuals 13+ in Ontario who have already had a consultation at the DECODE Insomnia Clinic.The DECODE Sleep Program was designed to be supported by virtual appointments at the DECODE Insomnia Clinic.
