The DECODE Sleep Program is a non-medication treatment program based on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia [CBT-I], the first line recommended treatment for chronic insomnia.

PLEASE NOTE: This program is currently only available to individuals 13+ in Ontario who have already had a consultation at the DECODE Insomnia Clinic. The DECODE Sleep Program was designed to be supported by virtual appointments at the DECODE Insomnia Clinic.
