NOTE: The program is designed to integrate with medical care provided through the DECODE Insomnia Clinic. Participants may begin the program before consultation but should not proceed with the Reset until they have met with a DECODE Insomnia Clinic physician and finalized a treatment plan. Medical care through the clinic is open to Ontario residents ages 13+ and requires a physician referral.Â

- Are comfortable with virtual care and independent online learning

- Are not ready or wanting to change sleep habits or routines
- Are mainly looking for medication‑only treatment
