In this episode, you’ll hear anonymously from a parent of a teen who went through a pilot version of the DECODE Insomnia Program run for teens and their parents earlier in the year.

For the privacy of today’s guest and their teen, I will be keeping this guest’s identity anonymous and her voice has been altered.  All parties, including the teen mentioned in this episode, have listened to and consented to this episode being shared.
